A Collaborative Approach Between SLPs and Paraprofessionals on Data Collection

The project was formulated based on my experience working as a paraprofessional in a community-based elementary school. Although collaboration has been emphasized, the actual collaborated model is limited. Studies about the transdisciplinary model between professionals in school settings are limited. Driven by the need, I took the initiative to conduct a study about this collaboration method in the classroom. The teamwork demonstrated the benefits paraprofessionals bring into the reinforcement of the desired learned skills.
